FOUND Africa Technology is a registered Host Organisation with the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP). Since 2023, we have hosted over 200 Fellows as Digital Officers, concentrated in Oyo State and Ibadan, and upskilled them beyond their core placement disciplines.

From WhatsApp hubs to ICT centres — community-first, built to last.
The O.Y.O Story
In 2019, FOUND Africa Technology organised 5,000+ young people across Oyo State into the Oyo State Youth Organisation (O.Y.O) — a community spanning 50+ regional WhatsApp groups across Ibadan, Ibarapa, Oke Ogun, Ogbomosho, and Oyo. Built entirely on zero-cost community tech, this network proved that meaningful mobilisation does not require expensive platforms. Today, the O.Y.O community is slated for transition to an official digital platform, scaling its reach and impact.
GOMTECH & GOMCSS
As Advisory Partner, FOUND Africa Technology provided digital infrastructure and ICT centre consulting for the Gbemisola Olowolafe Memorial ICT Centre (GOMTECH) and GOMCSS — proof that sustainable, community-backed ICT deployment works in practice. The project demonstrates how locally-rooted technology consulting can deliver durable, impactful digital infrastructure for African communities.

The funding loop
Cloud revenue funds cocoa. Cocoa funds classrooms.
Enterprise margins from managed cloud and narrative-analytics engagements at Seeq Cloud are routed into The Red Cup Project — our cocoa-rooted community initiative — and the surplus builds sustainable, off-grid digital classrooms where Digital Officers train and teach. It is one continuous loop: commerce to classroom to careers.
